COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 845H-SJHZ14CNY2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Apex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Black-Clawson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Apex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex such as the AER050020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB3128 manufactured by Black-Clawson and we are pleased to be able to service most Black-Clawson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AF180S2P2RATIO31 by Manufacturer Apex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M35C81001935MGR01313004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Alpha such as LP120M0230111000 equipment made by Alpha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alpha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alpha" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A102VH25P80PV80971000 made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular 11915202 original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSY12 by Bodine and LP120M0230111000 spares by Alpha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 455371 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
